1.1.1 Administration Of The Fund's Website (hereinafter – the Site Administration) – employees responsible for the site management acting on behalf of the Fund; who organize or process Personal Data, as well as determine the purposes of Personal Data processing, the composition of the Personal Data to be processed and the actions (operations) to be performed with the Personal Data.
1.1. 2 Personal Data - any information related directly or indirectly to a determined or determinable individual (a subject of Personal Data).
1.1.3 Personal Data processing - any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation tools with Personal Data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of Personal Data.
1.1.4 Confidentiality of Personal Data - mandatory requirement for the Fund or other person who has access to Personal Data not to allow its distribution without the User's consent or other legal grounds.
1.1.5 The user of the Fund's Website (hereinafter - the User) - a person who has access to The Site via the Internet and uses the Site.
1.1.6 Cookies - a small piece of data sent by the web server and stored on the user's computer, which the web client or web browser sends to the web server each time in an HTTP request when trying to open a page of the corresponding site.
1.1.7 IP address — a unique network address of a node in a computer network built using the IP Protocol.
2. RULES AND REGULATIONS

3.2.2 User's contact phone number;
3.2.3 Surname, first name, patronymic of the project founder;
3.2.4 Last name, first name, patronymic of the project representative (mandatory knowledge of English, proficiency level is not lower than upper intermediate);
3.2.5 Project name;
3.2.6 Participation in one of the Fund's programs;
3.2.7 Project development stage;
3.2.8 Scope of the project;
3.2.9 Project tracking (sales, number of users);
3.2.10 Year of project creation;
3.2.11 Business model and project monetization model;
3.2.12 Start-up capital of the project, volume of attracted investments;
3.2.13 Rationale for participating in the Roadshow Program;
3.2.14 List of events that the project representative is planning to take part in;
3.2.15 List of countries/regions where the project product is planned to be expanded;
3.2.16 Vision of scaling the project abroad, presentation of the project in English.
3.3 The Fund protects Personal Data that is automatically transmitted when viewing ad blocks and when visiting pages where the system's statistical script is installed:
- IP address;
- Information from cookies;
- Information about the browser (or other program that provides access to display ads);
- Access time;
- Address of the page where the ad block is located;
- Referrer (address of the previous page).
3.3.1 Disabling cookies may make it impossible to access parts of the Site that require authorization.
3.3.2 The Fund collects statistics about the IP addresses of their visitors. This information is used to identify and solve technical problems.
4.1 The Site Administration May use the User's Personal Data for the following purposes:
4.1.1 Establishing feedback with the User, including sending notifications, requests related to the use of the Site, providing services, processing requests and requests from the User;
4.1.2 Determining the User's location to ensure security and prevent fraud;
4.1.3 Confirmation of the accuracy and completeness of Personal Data provided by the User;
4.1.4 Notifications to the User about the status of the application.
4.1.5 Providing the User with effective customer and technical support in case of problems related to the use of the Site. 5. PERSONAL INFORMATION PROCESSING METHODS AND TERMS
5.1 The processing of the User's Personal Data is carried out without limitation in any legal way, including Personal Data information systems using automation tools or without using such tools.
5.2 The User agrees that the Site Administration has the right to transfer Personal Data to third parties, in particular, Roadshow Program operators, communication organizations, including postal organizations, solely for the purpose of performing the Fund's tasks.
5.3 The User's Personal Data may be transferred to the authorized bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the grounds and in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including as part of the reporting provided by the Fund.
5.4 The Site Administration takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties. 6. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES 6.1 The user is obliged to:
6.1.1 Provide information about Personal Data necessary for using the Site;
6.1.2 Be responsible for the information provided. 6.2 The Site Administration is obliged to:
6.2.3 Take precautions to protect the confidentiality of the User's Personal Data in accordance with the procedure usually used to protect this kind of information in the existing business turnover;
6.2.4 To block Personal Data related to the relevant User from the moment Of the user's request, or his legal representative or authorized body for the protection of the rights of Personal Data subjects for the period of verification, in case of detection of false Personal Data or illegal actions. 7. RESPONSIBILITIES OF PARTIES
7.1 In case of loss or disclosure of confidential information, the Site Administration is not responsible if this confidential information:
7.1.1 Became public domain before it was lost or disclosed;
7.1.2 Was received by third parties or provided by the User to third parties independently until it was received by the Site Administration;
7.1.3 Was disclosed with the User's consent. 8. SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES
8.1 Before filing a claim in court for disputes arising from the relationship between the Site User and the Site Administration, it is mandatory to submit a claim (a written proposal for a voluntary settlement of the dispute).
8.2 The claim recipient shall notify the claim applicant in writing of the results of the claim review within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim.
8.3 If an agreement is not reached, the dispute may be referred to the judicial authorities under jurisdiction, in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
